Ricochet Fitness Activities
What We Offer
In addition to fitness classes, we do Obstacle Course Run, prep classes, PowerLifting or Weightlifting and 1k,5k, 10K running programs.
We offer over 15 evening classes per week, 6 morning classes and 4 classes on the weekend. With more classes being added all the time.
Most of our members are family based, with 80% having 2 or members from the same household. We believe that family fitness helps create a lifetime of healthy living.
